Why do I keep doing this to myself?

And here I am, having to start over again. I was doing good for a while, and I even got to see “47.5” on my weighing scale earlier this week… But now I’m gaining my weight back.

A lot has to do with me abandoning this blog, I am pretty sure. So I’ll be posting daily again.

Please motivate me, fellow fitblrs!








1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1-2 drops  vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon honey
1 kiwi, sliced
In a small bowl, combine vanilla extract and yogurt. Mix until well blended.
In a glass, layer yogurt mixture, honey, and kiwi slices
Enjoy! For some extra crunch, top with a classic granola or slivered almonds.
